Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bgd35 platform, including the website located at bgd35.org, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any services made available through those channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bgd35 ("bgd35", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the bgd35 Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or using any other service offered on the Platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bgd35 Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bgd35 Privacy Policy and the bgd35 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and bgd35.

Section 2

Age Restriction & Eligibility

bgd35 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or use any service available on the bgd35 Platform. This requirement is absolute and applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.

By registering a bgd35 account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration. bgd35 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age from any player at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the bgd35 Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bgd35, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a bgd35 account suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not using the Platform in a professional capacity to exploit bonus structures, arbitrage odds, or engage in any form of organised advantage play.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of bgd35 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals in Bangladesh.

When registering your bgd35 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields. You further agree to keep that information current and to notify bgd35 promptly if any of your registered details change. bgd35 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any point and to request supporting documentation.

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bgd35 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bgd35 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate information: You must not register using a false name, a name other than your own legal name, an address you do not actually reside at, or a mobile number that does not belong to you.
• Account transfer: Your bgd35 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. bgd35 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at the relevant time.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

bgd35 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at bgd35's discretion.

All transactions on the bgd35 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.

• Own payment methods only: You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. bgd35 will not process deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment methods belonging to another person.
• Withdrawal verification: Prior to processing a withdrawal, bgd35 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being held or cancelled.
• Processing times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bgd35 wallet within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; most mobile money withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes to a few hours, while bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• No cash transactions: bgd35 does not accept cash deposits and does not issue cash withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Funds security: Player funds held in bgd35 accounts are maintained separately from bgd35's operational funds. This segregation is intended to protect player balances in ordinary operational circumstances, though bgd35 does not guarantee the availability of funds in all possible scenarios.
• Chargeback policy: Any attempt to reverse a deposit transaction via a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting bgd35 support constitutes a breach of these Terms. bgd35 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and recover any funds subject to an illegitimate chargeback.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

bgd35 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to its players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates, which will be set out in the promotional communication or on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• One bonus per household: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards the wagering requirements of a bonus. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution schedule applicable to each promotion will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While playing with active bonus funds, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per wager. This limit will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Right to withdraw or modify promotions: bgd35 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time, including in response to evidence of systematic abuse or technical errors that have materially affected the promotion's intended operation.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration unless and until any applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bgd35 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the fair and legitimate use of an online gaming platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with bgd35.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional structures through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.
• Money laundering: Using the bgd35 Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of those funds or facilitating any financial crime. bgd35 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• System exploitation: Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, latency, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, odds calculations, or payment systems for personal gain.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, spin games, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards bgd35 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access the accounts, data, or systems of other players or of bgd35 without authorisation, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering.

bgd35 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, bgd35 will act promptly, which may include voiding bets and winnings, suspending accounts, recovering funds, and referring matters to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the bgd35 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and database contents — is the proprietary property of bgd35 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bgd35 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without bgd35's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in connection with the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any bgd35 content or software.
• Use any bgd35 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without explicit written authorisation from bgd35.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the bgd35 Platform on any other website or application.

Game content available on bgd35 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and live dealer content from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to bgd35 for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of game content is a violation of the game provider's intellectual property rights as well as these Terms.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

bgd35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach, or suspected breach, of any provision of these Terms.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder through the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
• A request from a third-party responsible gaming organisation or gambling harm support service acting on behalf of the player.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• The player's account being identified as a duplicate of another account held by the same individual.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by bgd35.

You may also choose to close your own bgd35 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support via the Platform's live chat function. If you close your account voluntarily and there is a positive cash balance (excluding any unmet bonus funds) remaining in your wallet, bgd35 will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method after completing any required verification checks.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgd35 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or platform unavailability — even if bgd35 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bgd35 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform is available, reliable, and free of technical faults, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, bgd35's determination of the correct outcome shall be final. Where a malfunction has resulted in an erroneous display of winnings, those winnings will be voided. bgd35 will not be liable for any loss you suffer as a direct result of a technical malfunction.
• Third-party services: bgd35 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems are outside bgd35's control.
• Force majeure: bgd35 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, power outages, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or civil unrest.
• Maximum liability cap: In any event, bgd35's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bgd35 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

bgd35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bgd35 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of the bgd35 Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms, together with the bgd35 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bgd35 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
